Dráusio Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, The ShadyS's Juan Diniz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Pedro Donatello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The ShadyS's Haroldo Lucas got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The ShadyS's Filipe Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráusio Teles in the 24th minute of play. In the 29th minute Baki Asker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Pedro Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The nice shot from Haroldo Lucas in the 35thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Zé Pedro Donatello had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in The ShadyS's zone, Laerte Borges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filipe Santos came out of the goal and Laerte Borges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Diniz in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Pedro Donatello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 86 minutes, Laerte Borges mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fluminense FC and the The ShadyS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Laerte Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ShadyS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
