In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Laranjal's goalkeeper Oséas Pimenta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Osvaldo Dante fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laranjal's protests and gave Osvaldo Dante a yellow card for diving instead. Osvaldo Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the match was over Laranjal could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Financial MK throughout the match.
