Baltazar Motta took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gernando Falcão. Gernando Falcão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 25th minute, Baltazar Motta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gernando Falcão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edson Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Edson Monteiro notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Aparecidense AA's Gernando Falcão. Gernando Falcão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tony França could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Enrique Andrade made a huge save. 41 minutes into the match, Império Branco F.C's goalkeeper Enrique Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Netto. After having played for 42 minutes, Baltazar Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Império Branco F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baltazar Motta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Aparecidense AA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Império Branco F.C were winning 0-4.

Gernando Falcão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltazar Motta in the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Edson Monteiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Império Branco F.C's Baltazar Motta in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ediberto Alcântara tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Gernando Falcão. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-6 in the 75th minute. Gernando Falcão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baltazar Motta's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Baltazar Motta did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-7 to the left of a surprised Gernando Falcão 83 minutes into the match. In the 87th match minute, Aparecidense AA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Netto to maneuver through the defense. Tony França recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aparecidense AA's Gernando Falcão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Aparecidense AA from getting a goal against them. Aparecidense AA's Gernando Falcão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar Motta in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Império Branco F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aparecidense AA.
