Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. BAÚ DA MORTE's José Carlos Moreno got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Matheus de Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BAÚ DA MORTE's Acácio Vieira couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Toque Musical Clube. Aníbal Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Frédson Tróia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Matheus de Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Toque Musical Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BAÚ DA MORTE the free kick. In the 45th match minute, Toque Musical Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matheus de Lima to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Carlos Moreno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frédson Tróia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adhemar Nóbrega went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Aníbal Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Toque Musical Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Aníbal Marinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frédson Tróia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the game, Vânderson Cabral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BAÚ DA MORTE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Toque Musical Clube the free kick. The supporters of Toque Musical Clube booed when BAÚ DA MORTE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vânderson Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, BAÚ DA MORTE's goalkeeper Frédson Tróia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adhemar Nóbrega. After 65 minutes, Vivaldo Rosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BAÚ DA MORTE and the Toque Musical Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vivaldo Rosa kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. If Adhemar Nóbrega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juninho Valladares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Carlos Moreno in the 71st minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, BAÚ DA MORTE's goal looked a bit too open when Aníbal Marinho came free, but Frédson Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BAÚ DA MORTE's Frédson Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Barreto in the 80th minute of play. Juninho Valladares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rômulo Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Carlos Moreno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juninho Valladares having to interfere. When Vito Bezerra fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Toque Musical Clube's protests and gave Vito Bezerra a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Toque Musical Clube's Vito Bezerra got a free kick in the 86th minute. Rômulo Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Juninho Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Toque Musical Clube eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
