Alyatan FC's Jonathan Ramos got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute Alexandre Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cacá Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alexandre Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ramos succeeded in the game's 48th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. After the first half Alyatan FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Ramos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Alexandre Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Alyatan FC booed when Bocapaulista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Augusto Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cacá Andrade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Ramos in the 63rd minute. Edmílson Diniz charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
