Amadeu Guerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulão Siqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Caldeira FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ismael Vaz hit a great ball. Amadeu Guerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademar Motta, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The wind increased when Matheus do Vale made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matheus do Vale in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Álvaro Azevedo saved Catarina F.C. from getting behind. Laerte Vinhas's late challenge caught a Caldeira FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laerte Vinhas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Catarina F.C. getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Laerte Vinhas hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Paulão Siqueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulão Siqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Guerra having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Matheus do Vale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caldeira FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. During the 74th minute of the match Ismael Vaz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ismael Vaz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in Caldeira FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! After having played for 80 minutes, Robinho Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caldeira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robinho Silveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
