Spectators: 7245 (Terracing: 5435, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Toledo started the match with the kick off. Bela Vista's Gláuber Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anísio Neves in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Fellipe Mota could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Gláuber Brodel however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Faria in the 9th minute of play forced Bela Vista's goalkeeper Gláuber Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fellipe Mota came free with the goalkeeper in the 10th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gláuber Brodel could save by the left post. 11 minutes into the match, Bela Vista's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Faria came free, but Gláuber Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bela Vista's Gláuber Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anísio Neves in the 12th minute of play. Gláuber Brodel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ernesto Faria showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Gláuber Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Faria in the 21st minute of the match. Luisão Donatello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gláuber Brodel having to interfere. Edmílson de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gláuber Brodel having to interfere. In the 35th minute Anísio Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gláuber Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes, Pegasus FC's Oswaldo Alagoano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gláuber Brodel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pegasus FC reached it. Guga Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Toledo in the 41st minute of play. When Ernesto Faria fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pegasus FC's protests and gave Ernesto Faria a yellow card for diving instead. Ernesto Faria hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anísio Neves to make the kick off. Tomé Simão charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomé Simão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 minutes of play, Pegasus FC's Ernesto Faria made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gláuber Brodel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Bela Vista's Tomé Simão got a free kick in the 60th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Edmílson de Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gláuber Brodel. Bela Vista's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmílson de Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 71st minute, Fellipe Mota ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gláuber Brodel was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The audience was convinced that Anísio Neves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gláuber Brodel was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. In the 78th minute, Alfredo Toledo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guga Abreu was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. In the 84th match minute, Pegasus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jefferson Coelho to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Faria took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gláuber Brodel. Gláuber Brodel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. In the 96th minute Edmílson de Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gláuber Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Pegasus FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
