Robinho Maciel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilmar Mangueira having to interfere. Décio da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Netto in the 5th minute of play. Robinho Maciel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 10th minute. Santastico F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robinho Maciel in the 10th minute of play forced Varejeiras do Asfalto FC's goalkeeper Nilmar Mangueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santastico F.C were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Varejeiras do Asfalto FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Fabiano Trevisan took the corner. After 19 played minutes Santastico F.C got a freekick which was hit by Robinho Maciel. When Michel Netto came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Varejeiras do Asfalto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Netto couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robinho Maciel in the 22nd minute of play forced Varejeiras do Asfalto FC's goalkeeper Nilmar Mangueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ernesto Loureiro fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santastico F.C's protests and gave Ernesto Loureiro a yellow card for diving instead. Ernesto Loureiro hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Kauan Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Santastico F.C's Robinho Maciel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 34th match minute, Varejeiras do Asfalto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedito Moreira to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Fabiano Trevisan didn't quite understand what happened when in the 35 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Robinho Maciel took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Nilmar Mangueira to make any attempt to save it. Nilmar Mangueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robinho Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Décio da Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Netto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robinho Maciel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilmar Mangueira having to interfere. 3-0 became the score in the 46th minute when Kauan Vaz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 54th minute Robinho Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilmar Mangueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robinho Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Nilmar Mangueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nilmar Mangueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Messias in the 58th minute of the match. Robinho Maciel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nilmar Mangueira having to make a save. Nilmar Mangueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Maciel in the 63rd minute of play. Robinho Maciel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastião Terra's late challenge caught a Santastico F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastião Terra helped the player get up and apologised. After 69 played minutes Varejeiras do Asfalto FC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião Terra. Ernesto Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76thth minute of the game Christiano Ceresso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santastico F.C's Décio da Rocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nilmar Mangueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robinho Maciel in the 78th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Alessandro Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santastico F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Messias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nilmar Mangueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, Santastico F.C's Robinho Maciel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nilmar Mangueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Robinho Maciel put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nilmar Mangueira. Varejeiras do Asfalto FC were furious when Benedito Moreira was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Varejeiras do Asfalto FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Santastico F.C. Tomé Mazza stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nilmar Mangueira. 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Santastico F.C had played much better football throughout.
