If Dagoberto Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 minutes Da Vinci FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dagoberto Lopes who took care of the corner kick. Dagoberto Lopes made a great header on Flamengo's corner, it was just that Da Vinci FC's Tomás Palmeira managed to reach the ball for a save. Francisco Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Corrêa got free with Oséias Carioca in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Corrêa in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oséias Carioca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 82 minutes, Francisco Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Da Vinci FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Corrêa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oséias Carioca was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albertinho Catarinense showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 83 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Edmílson Garcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oséias Carioca was relentless in the 86th minute of the game.
