Spectators: 7227 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iuri Cruz started the match with the kick off. Agostinho Mota took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel Domingues. Abel Domingues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Romário Fontes charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romário Fontes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th match minute, Lascadinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romário Fontes to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Nicolas Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aracruz's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Macedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Domingues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agostinho Mota in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Domingues prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abel Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Macedo in the 13th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Agostinho Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aracruz's supporters rose to their feet, but Agostinho Mota was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Domingues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicolas Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aracruz's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Iuri Cruz scored to the left of an out of position José Paulo Vaz, making the score, 1-1. Abel Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Mota in the 28th minute of play. Lascadinha FC's Abel Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Mota in the 30th minute of play. José Paulo Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iuri Cruz in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Iuri Cruz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 34 minutes, Didi Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lascadinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Didi Ramos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agostinho Mota was the one to do the kick off. Abel Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Mota in the 56th minute of play. Agostinho Mota might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Domingues. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agostinho Mota ran back to his position shaking his head. Didi Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. José Paulo Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Lascadinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agostinho Mota came free, but Abel Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agostinho Mota in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Domingues saved Lascadinha FC from getting behind. In the 65th minute Agostinho Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Abel Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Adilson Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Aracruz's goal looked a bit too open when Iuri Cruz came free, but José Paulo Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tiago Gabriel Passos fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aracruz's protests and gave Tiago Gabriel Passos a yellow card for diving instead. Tiago Gabriel Passos hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agostinho Mota in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Domingues saved Lascadinha FC from getting behind.
