Mateus Leite didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Okay. After a rather tough play, Pardiuva's Aloísio Alagoano got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Juarês Arantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Filipe Trancoso in the 20th minute really tested Mateus Leite's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jean Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateus Moura in the 21st minute of the match. Okay's Benê Miranda managed to work through Pardiuva's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Benê Miranda dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 25th minute Marcus Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Melo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mateus Leite acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 32nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lino Berger. Okay's Jean Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Melo in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Pardiuva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerson Prado to maneuver through the defense. Mateus Leite was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fellipe Abreu. If Marcus Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benê Miranda scored 1-0 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mateus Leite, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benê Miranda made a kick off. Pardiuva's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean Brito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 64 minutes, Mateus Moura made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Okay's Jean Brito tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Mateus Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 77 minutes of play Pardiuva's Gerson Prado was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Pardiuva's Gerson Prado got a free kick in the 78th minute. Marcus Melo's late challenge caught a Okay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcus Melo helped the player get up and apologised. Mateus Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benê Miranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. If Mateus Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Okay. Fellipe Abreu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mateus Leite. 2-1. Pardiuva's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
