An unexpectedly hard shot by György Cseh in the 5th minute of play forced Fenerbatman's goalkeeper Flávio Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flávio Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquinhos Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. S.E. Los Bigodes's Pedro Luís Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Carlos Alcântara in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, S.E. Los Bigodes's György Cseh nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flávio Vaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Marquinhos Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.E. Los Bigodes's supporters rose to their feet, but Marquinhos Duarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flávio Vaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of S.E. Los Bigodes booed when Fenerbatman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Renato Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 played minutes Fenerbatman got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Aguiar. 24 minutes in the game Rony Perez did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Erasmo Mendes. György Cseh's late challenge caught a Fenerbatman's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. György Cseh helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Fenerbatman booed when S.E. Los Bigodes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. György Cseh didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Fenerbatman's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Toscano came free, but Flávio Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marquinhos Duarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adilson Pena hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. A collision led to Fenerbatman getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Adilson Pena hit a great ball. György Cseh hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Benjamin Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flávio Vaz having to interfere. If Luiz Gustavo Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fenerbatman's Flávio Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Toscano in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Fábio Quintal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Benjamin Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flávio Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Fenerbatman's Flávio Vaz got control of the ball when Marquinhos Duarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marquinhos Duarte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Flávio Vaz came out and tried to block the shot, but Marquinhos Duarte slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbatman's zone, Marquinhos Duarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flávio Vaz came out of the goal and Marquinhos Duarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. György Cseh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Flávio Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marquinhos Duarte got free with Flávio Vaz in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Fenerbatman's goalkeeper Flávio Vaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marquinhos Duarte. S.E. Los Bigodes's Pedro Luís Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Quintal in the 72nd minute of play. The throw-in from Aloísio Penha in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fenerbatman's Adilson Pena. György Cseh struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Flávio Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.E. Los Bigodes. 79 minutes into the match, Marquinhos Duarte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flávio Vaz. Fenerbatman's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marquinhos Duarte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Flávio Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Toscano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fenerbatman's Flávio Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos Duarte in the 92nd minute of play. Flávio Vaz was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Franklin Diniz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Franklin Diniz really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4.
