When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Waldir Faria took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Flávio Vaz to make any attempt to save it. Fenerbatman's Flávio Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natanael Peres in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Carlos Alcântara to strike the kick off in the second half. The penalty shot was made by Vágner Rodrigues, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Fenerbatman's Flávio Vaz. 3-0. 80 minutes into the match, Fenerbatman's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Falcão came free, but Flávio Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Drycer's Breno Seco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Drycer from getting a goal against them.
