Marcelinho Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Barral having to interfere. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A MATOGROSSENSE's goalkeeper Luan Correia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelinho Paraense to make the kick off. Benê do Vale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Jacinto Barral made a huge save. Armandinho Breckenfeld charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armandinho Breckenfeld the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th match minute, Cristais SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egídio Passos to maneuver through the defense. Benê do Vale kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 78thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Cristais SS's keeper Jacinto Barral was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Jacinto Barral stood somewhat misplaced when Benê do Vale came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 87 minute. Jacinto Barral made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Benê do Vale sent off a good shot on target. The Cristais SS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching C.A MATOGROSSENSE's performance. The match ended with a win for C.A MATOGROSSENSE.
