Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Wágner Guerra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 5 played minutes Real Pocotó City got a freekick which was hit by Vito Munhoz. Vito Munhoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir Ramalho having to interfere. In the 10th match minute, Jacunda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Lewandowski to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Real Pocotó City's Acácio Velloso got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 22nd minute, Cristiano Lewandowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfredinho Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wágner Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 36th minute Vito Munhoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Ramalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredinho Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wágner Guerra in the 38th minute of play. Alfredinho Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristiano Lewandowski's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. If Wágner Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Cristiano Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Wágner Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jacunda's supporters rose to their feet, but Wágner Guerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredinho Silveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Virginijus Džiuvė's late challenge caught a Real Pocotó City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Virginijus Džiuvė helped the player get up and apologised. Waldir Ramalho came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Pocotó City's Vito Munhoz. But to his dismay, Vito Munhoz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Real Pocotó City's Alfredinho Silveira got control of the ball when Cristiano Lewandowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Amaral in the 64th minute of play forced Jacunda's goalkeeper Waldir Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waldir Ramalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Munhoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 69 played minutes Jacunda got a freekick which was hit by Virginijus Džiuvė. With a little luck, Real Pocotó City's Alfredinho Silveira got control of the ball when Cristiano Lewandowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Jacunda booed when Real Pocotó City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugênio Paraibano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristiano Lewandowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Alfredinho Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waldir Ramalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Munhoz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Koehler got free with Alfredinho Silveira in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacunda were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
