The tension between the FeijoFlu and the JUJUBA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eduardo Dantas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudinei Mangueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luiz Martins in the 12th minute of play. After a rather tough play, JUJUBA FC's Matías Linhares got a free kick in the 12th minute. Carlos Ortiz came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Claudinei Mangueira could save by the left post. André Luiz Martins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudinei Mangueira having to make a save. 19 minutes into the match, FeijoFlu's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Dantas came free, but Ruy Quirino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruy Quirino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Acácio Zonta's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute Acácio Zonta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruy Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruy Quirino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Dantas in the 31st minute of play. Claudinei Mangueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The supporters of FeijoFlu booed when JUJUBA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matías Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 minutes JUJUBA FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vânderson Teles who took care of the corner kick. After 41 played minutes JUJUBA FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Dantas. Claudinei Mangueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. André Luiz Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Luiz Martins in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinei Mangueira saved JUJUBA FC from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Acácio Zonta made the kick off in the second half. Chico Maciel was shown his second yellow card after 56 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of JUJUBA FC booed when FeijoFlu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chico Maciel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diogo de Brito was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Eduardo Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Ortiz scored 1-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudinei Mangueira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. FeijoFlu were victorious despite being under pressure from JUJUBA FC for much of the match.
