Franklin Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, FOGO NO PARQUINHO SS's Ian de Salles threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oséias Cosme, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 22nd match minute, Chloe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Soares to maneuver through the defense. Wiliam Lira scored 0-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Didi Terra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 44 minutes into the game, Sílvio Luís Brodel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chloe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FOGO NO PARQUINHO SS the free kick. After a rather tough play, FOGO NO PARQUINHO SS's Fellipe Tróia got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute Wiliam Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didi Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fellipe Tróia's late challenge caught a Chloe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fellipe Tróia helped the player get up and apologised. Fellipe Tróia hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Didi Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abelardo Leal was the one to do the kick off. FOGO NO PARQUINHO SS's Didi Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Leal in the 84th minute of play. In the 89th minute Abelardo Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didi Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chloe's Wiliam Lira managed to work through FOGO NO PARQUINHO SS's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Wiliam Lira dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Abelardo Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute.
