Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when César Medeiros got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Acácio Zonta in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurinho Diniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to JUJUBA FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Dedé Mesquita hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Barada's Claudinei Mangueira threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ulisses de Almeida, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 13th minute, André Ramalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ismael Borges came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Barada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Borges couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice moves Ismael Borges could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Claudinei Mangueira however easily saved by the left post. After 18 played minutes JUJUBA FC got a freekick which was hit by Wesley Moreira. Eduardo Dantas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Acácio Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho Diniz having to interfere. Eduardo Dantas might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maurinho Diniz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eduardo Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. Maurinho Diniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Acácio Zonta's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Claudinei Mangueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from César Medeiros in the 36th minute of play. César Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Wesley Moreira fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JUJUBA FC's protests and gave Wesley Moreira a yellow card for diving instead. After 39 played minutes JUJUBA FC got a freekick which was hit by Wesley Moreira. Barada's Ismael Borges got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Maurinho Diniz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Acácio Zonta showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 53 minute of play. A collision led to Barada getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ulisses de Almeida hit a great ball.
