A collision led to C.F.J Dimitr Siekerka getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Haroldo Ferreira hit a great ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Vito Munhoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Pocotó City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vito Munhoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Dário Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 minutes, Franklin Cearense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.F.J Dimitr Siekerka and the Real Pocotó City players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes C.F.J Dimitr Siekerka got a freekick which was hit by Franklin Cearense. Washington Furtado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vito Munhoz went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the game, Vito Munhoz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Washington Furtado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Real Pocotó City's Vito Munhoz got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Ulysses Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Washington Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dário Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Washington Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Munhoz in the 40th minute of play. Vito Munhoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dário Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vito Munhoz in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Washington Furtado saved C.F.J Dimitr Siekerka from getting behind. After 44 minutes, Vito Munhoz made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. C.F.J Dimitr Siekerka's Washington Furtado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Paulo Renato Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Vito Munhoz made the kick off in the second half. Alfredinho Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulysses Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Washington Furtado managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Real Pocotó City's Dário Amaral fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Washington Furtado made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Dário Amaral sent off a good shot on target. Vito Munhoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Vito Munhoz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Washington Furtado was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Virgílio de Castro got free with Washington Furtado in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vito Munhoz in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Washington Furtado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Real Pocotó City's Vito Munhoz got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Dário Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Washington Furtado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dário Amaral in the 84th minute. Dário Amaral's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Washington Furtado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vito Munhoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Washington Furtado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dário Amaral succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 93rd playminute. Washington Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Munhoz in the 96th minute of play.
