Agnaldo Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Augusto Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zé Augusto Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Macaiba AF's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Augusto Motta came free, but Agnaldo Bezerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agnaldo Bezerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Augusto Motta, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. When Alexsandro Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Macaiba AF fans jumped to their feet. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Augusto Motta in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agnaldo Bezerra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 47 minutes in the game, Sidney Tróia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Abel Camargo having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Augusto Motta made a kick off. Alexsandro Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Abel Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Zé Augusto Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Douglas Donato might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agnaldo Bezerra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Douglas Donato ran back to his position shaking his head. Alexsandro Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Macaiba AF booed when Aracu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aracu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Macaiba AF the free kick. After 75 played minutes Aracu FC got a freekick which was hit by Lenílson Vasconcelos. Lenílson Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Sidney Tróia struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Abel Camargo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Macaiba AF. Zé Augusto Motta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84thth minute of the game Zé Augusto Motta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macaiba AF's Agnaldo Bezerra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ruy da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes in the game, Zé Augusto Motta fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Agnaldo Bezerra having to interfere. Sidney Tróia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Aracu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Tróia came free, but Abel Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sidney Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Camargo having to interfere. Júnior Trevisan's late challenge caught a Macaiba AF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Júnior Trevisan helped the player get up and apologised. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
