Spectators: 6672 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudinei Fantini took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nilson Quaresma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos da Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernardo Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio Passos having to interfere. Altair FC's Nilson Quaresma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos da Rocha in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Greenpig getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Claudinei Fantini hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Cláudio Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudinei Fantini scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilson Quaresma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute, Carlos da Rocha made a precise shot to the right of Nilson Quaresma. Altair FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Nilson Quaresma came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Greenpig's Nilmar Carvalho. But to his dismay, Nilmar Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Vidal was the one to do the kick off. Claudinei Fantini received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nilson Quaresma came out and tried to block the shot, but Claudinei Fantini slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 52nd minute. In the 58th minute, Carlos da Rocha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nilson Quaresma was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 63rd match minute, Greenpig was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilmar Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the match, Altair FC's goalkeeper Nilson Quaresma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos da Rocha. Bernardo Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio Passos having to interfere. Zézinho Mota took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Márcio Passos. Márcio Passos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. After a defensive mix-up in Greenpig's zone, Zézinho Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Márcio Passos came out of the goal and Zézinho Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 3-5 when Marcus Vidal sped through Greenpig's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Márcio Passos. Nilmar Carvalho's late challenge caught a Altair FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nilmar Carvalho helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Greenpig getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Nilmar Carvalho hit a great ball. Nilson Quaresma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinei Fantini in the 91st minute of play. Carlos da Rocha scored 3-6 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilson Quaresma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Greenpig played a much better game than Altair FC and deserved their victory. The Altair FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
