Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edgard Fernandez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eliézer Vander hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 8thth minute of the game Denílson de Senna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lunáticos FC's Ronaldão Luz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lunáticos FC's zone, Renan Carvalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldão Luz came out of the goal and Renan Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ronaldão Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Siqueira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nico de Queiroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Denílson de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ronaldão Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denílson de Senna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronaldão Luz having to make a save. In the 30thth minute of the game Cipriano Siqueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alice Futebol Club's Nico de Queiroz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st match minute, Alice Futebol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renan Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Alice Futebol Club's Denílson de Senna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ronaldão Luz. That made the score 1-0 after 34 minutes of play. In the 39th minute Denílson de Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alice Futebol Club's Nico de Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Fernandez in the 41st minute of play. Cipriano Siqueira succeeded in the game's 44th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Denílson de Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denílson de Senna to strike the kick off in the second half. Dedé Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Nico de Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nico de Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Fernandez in the 55th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Denílson de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alice Futebol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Denílson de Senna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldão Luz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Denílson de Senna came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Alice Futebol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denílson de Senna couldn't finish the play. In the 76th minute Edgard Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nico de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denílson de Senna might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ronaldão Luz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Denílson de Senna ran back to his position shaking his head. Alice Futebol Club's Kiko Jacinto suffered a sore knee after 81 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Edgard Fernandez charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Fernandez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edgard Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Ronaldão Luz came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Alice Futebol Club's Renan Carvalho. But to his dismay, Renan Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Alice Futebol Club's Beto do Nascimento got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Téo Ferraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Denílson de Senna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Alice Futebol Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
