An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinei Fantini in the 32nd minute of play forced JL Sport Clube's goalkeeper Sidnei Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd match minute, JL Sport Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. In the 47thth minute of the game Claudinei Fantini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JL Sport Clube's Sidnei Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudinei Fantini to make the kick off. Sidnei Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudinei Fantini's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Claudinei Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Greenpig's Claudinei Fantini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sidnei Santos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Gilmar Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio Passos having to interfere. A collision led to Greenpig getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Claudinho de Azevedo hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Claudinei Fantini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sidnei Santos was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Greenpig were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of JL Sport Clube for a fine match.
