Guga Peixoto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Vidal in the 25th minute of the match. Ciro Motta took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilson Quaresma. London do Sertão's Guga Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zézinho Mota in the 66th minute of play. Paulo Renato Jacinto kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Zézinho Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The tension between the London do Sertão and the Altair FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
