The attack was good, but when Delfim França in the 58th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Raúl Paraibano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Meirelles having to interfere. If Sérgio Mangueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Varzedo's Delfim França got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raúl Paraibano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 minutes of play, Varzedo's Delfim França made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Meirelles was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Raúl Paraibano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thiago Meirelles. That made the score 1-6 in the 86 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Varzedo's Wiliam Queiroz got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 91 played minutes, Beauty Nathy F.C.'s Augusto Neto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fausto de Brito came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Beauty Nathy F.C. reached it. Raúl Paraibano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Thiago Meirelles made a huge save.
