The supporters of Tupancireta EC booed when Suspiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredão Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Pedro Luís Campidelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amílton Custódio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Pedro Luís Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The wind increased when José Pedro Cunha made the kick off in the second half. Amílton Custódio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Pedro Cunha's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. The audience was convinced that José Pedro Cunha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amílton Custódio was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After 72 minutes of play, Suspiro's Filipe Tinoco made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enio Bueno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Enio Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Tinoco in the 77th minute of play. André Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Enio Bueno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. André Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Filipe Tinoco fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Suspiro's protests and gave Filipe Tinoco a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Suspiro getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Filipe Tinoco hit a great ball. José Pedro Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Suspiro fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tupancireta EC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
