Galo Cego FC's Sandrinho Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juvenal do Vale in the 24th minute of play. With a little luck, Notreve FC's Dé Rezende got control of the ball when Amauri Chaves tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Eurico Sena, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 37 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Dé Rezende was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 39th match minute, Notreve FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloísio Severo to maneuver through the defense. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eurico Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dé Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eurico Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
