Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) igara F.C's Elivélton do Valle started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Solar Group FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elivélton do Valle came free, but Eugênio Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oséas Tinoco's late challenge caught a igara F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oséas Tinoco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Oséas Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the game, one of igara F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Oséas Tinoco shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Solar Group FC's Eugênio Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elivélton do Valle in the 20th minute of play. Gino Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugênio Tasso having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Solar Group FC's goalkeeper Eugênio Tasso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elivélton do Valle. Gilberto Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Víktor Correia in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Elivélton do Valle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugênio Tasso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 38th minute, César Aguiar made a precise shot to the right of Gilberto Vaz. igara F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 41 minutes, André Luís Leão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Solar Group FC and the igara F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dorian de Sousa struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Eugênio Tasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for igara F.C. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Gilberto Vaz was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Víktor Correia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Víktor Correia really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Gilberto Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Víktor Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, igara F.C's Durvalino Pena got a free kick in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, igara F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Víktor Correia came free, but Gilberto Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Elivélton do Valle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugênio Tasso. Solar Group FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elivélton do Valle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jarbas Moreira got free with Gilberto Vaz in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves André Luís Leão could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Gilberto Vaz however easily saved by the left post. Gilberto Vaz made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Jarbas Moreira sent off a good shot on target. After 73 minutes, Elivélton do Valle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the igara F.C and the Solar Group FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in igara F.C's zone, Jarbas Moreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilberto Vaz came out of the goal and Jarbas Moreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jarbas Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gilberto Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute of the match Lúcio Mesquita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eugênio Tasso skillfully saved the ball. Víktor Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Gilberto Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, igara F.C's goalkeeper Gilberto Vaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jarbas Moreira. In the 95th minute of the match Solar Group FC got a corner. igara F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oséas Tinoco ran over to the corner to take the kick. Many of Solar Group FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Solar Group FC may have spent more time on the ball, but igara F.C were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
