The referee ignored Semija Omurokay F.C.'s protests and gave Dedê Arantes a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Semija Omurokay F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dedê Arantes. José Maria Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaltino Madureira having to interfere. In the 42nd minute Mário de Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaltino Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizão de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th match minute, Bascow FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amauri Moraes to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Bascow FC's Cristiano Reis got control of the ball when Aílton Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Bascow FC booed when Semija Omurokay F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. 49 minutes into the match, Semija Omurokay F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mário de Amorim came free, but Isaltino Madureira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Isaltino Madureira didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 78th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. In the 81st minute of the match, José Maria Dantas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isaltino Madureira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Isaltino Madureira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Maria Dantas in the 83rd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Bascow FC's Mário de Amorim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isaltino Madureira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mário de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mário de Amorim might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaltino Madureira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mário de Amorim ran back to his position shaking his head.
