Bezerras SS's Oséas Saraiva got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Tadeu Veiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bezerras SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 46 minutes into the match, Bascow FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oséas Saraiva came free, but Cristiano Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bebeto da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Bascow FC's Cristiano Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséas Saraiva in the 48th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fiori Viana got free with Cristiano Reis in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bascow FC's Celsinho Falcão got his second yellow card of the match in the 96th minute. The referee ordered Celsinho Falcão off the ground.
