João Paulo da Silveira's late challenge caught a Fearless Jungle Jaguars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. João Paulo da Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th minute João Paulo Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Paulo Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes, João Paulo Salles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fearless Jungle Jaguars and the FLAMONT FC. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fearless Jungle Jaguars's João Paulo Salles got a free kick in the 11th minute. If Angelo Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Fontes in the 15th minute of play forced FLAMONT FC.'s goalkeeper José Paulo Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fabrício Terra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute, João Paulo Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Angelo Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Paulo Marques having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Paulo Salles in the 30th minute of play forced FLAMONT FC.'s goalkeeper José Paulo Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fearless Jungle Jaguars's Magno Jacinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breno Arantes in the 33rd minute of play. José Paulo Marques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelo Fontes went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. José Paulo Marques came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Fearless Jungle Jaguars's Angelo Fontes. But to his dismay, Angelo Fontes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 42nd match minute, Fearless Jungle Jaguars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FLAMONT FC. getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Breno Arantes hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabrício Terra was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Fearless Jungle Jaguars's Leonardo Vidal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind José Paulo Marques. José Paulo Marques yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. In the 59th minute, Oswaldo Ribeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Paulo Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Paulo Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fearless Jungle Jaguars's Magno Jacinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvinho Linhares in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to FLAMONT FC. getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Oswaldo Ribeiro hit a great ball. Fearless Jungle Jaguars's Anselmo Gomes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FLAMONT FC.. Leonardo Vidal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Paulo Marques having to make a save. José Paulo Marques made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Leonardo Vidal sent off a good shot on target. Angelo Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Paulo Marques having to interfere. Jardel Neiva hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Angelo Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. José Paulo Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fearless Jungle Jaguars's Leonardo Vidal got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonardo Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Paulo Marques having to interfere. Fearless Jungle Jaguars's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
