Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Christina FC's Thiago da Mata started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6thth minute of the game Thiago da Mata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Patriota's Frédson Terra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thiago da Mata in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frédson Terra saved Patriota from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo José Alcântara in the 9th minute of play forced Christina FC's goalkeeper Filipe Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 played minutes Christina FC got a freekick which was hit by Joélson Torres. After some careless play in the Christina FC defense, Paulo José Alcântara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filipe Esteves. The Christina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filipe Esteves should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Patriota's Frédson Terra got control of the ball when Alan de Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. Angelo Chaves charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Chaves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Frédson Terra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alan de Almeida went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo José Alcântara made a kick off. The supporters of Christina FC booed when Patriota was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo José Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Patriota defense, Thiago da Mata kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frédson Terra. The Patriota fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frédson Terra should have stopped the shot. Alan de Almeida took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frédson Terra. Frédson Terra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 75 minutes into the match, Patriota's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago da Mata came free, but Frédson Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 played minutes Patriota got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Silveira. After 80 played minutes Patriota got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Silveira. Alan de Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvaldo Silveira charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
