When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Caetano Barral made a kick off. C. R. FLAMENGO's Válbson Quirino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save C. R. FLAMENGO from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Válbson Quirino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 62 minutes into the match, Angico SS's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Barral came free, but Mané Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
