Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Marquez started the match with the kick off. In the 3rdth minute of the game Alfredo Marquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moraes A.C's Luisão Tróia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Languiru SS's Alfredo Marquez in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moraes A.C's goalie prevented a goal. Cesinha Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Tróia having to interfere. Luisão Tróia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Marquez's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 13thth minute of the game Alfredo Marquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moraes A.C's Luisão Tróia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 14th minute, Yuri Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the game, Oswaldo de Brito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Váldson Reis. Oswaldo de Brito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Alfredo Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Falcão came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Váldson Reis could save by the left post. Luisão Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesinha Hoffmann in the 24th minute of play. Marcus Quintal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Marquez in the 27th minute of play forced Moraes A.C's goalkeeper Luisão Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Eduardo de Amorim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Languiru SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moraes A.C the free kick. Eduardo de Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Francisco Falcão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the game, Moraes A.C's Oswaldo de Brito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Váldson Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Yuri Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Alfredo Marquez put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Luisão Tróia. Luisão Tróia came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Languiru SS's Yuri Gaspar. But to his dismay, Yuri Gaspar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When Languiru SS's Alfredo Marquez in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moraes A.C's goalie prevented a goal. Languiru SS's Váldson Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oswaldo de Brito in the 46th minute of play. A collision led to Languiru SS getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Yuri Gaspar hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oswaldo de Brito to make the kick off. Váldson Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Falcão, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Alfredo Marquez let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 56th minute shot 2-3 at rihgt post. 62 minutes into the game, Moraes A.C's Oswaldo de Brito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Váldson Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. In the 65th minute of the match, Cesinha Hoffmann tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luisão Tróia saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alfredo Marquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luisão Tróia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfredo Marquez ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfredo Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Tróia having to interfere. Luisão Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. A hard shot 72 in the game by Alfredo Marquez from a close distance when the talented Luisão Tróia managed to make a qualified save. Moraes A.C's players were relieved. Mateus de Senna's late challenge caught a Languiru SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateus de Senna helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Languiru SS booed when Moraes A.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateus de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Marquezs short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Luisão Tróia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hamílton Tavares scored 4-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Váldson Reis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luisão Tróia made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Alfredo Marquez sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Luisão Tróia managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Languiru SS's Marcus Quintal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 86 minutes into the match, Languiru SS's goal looked a bit too open when Hamílton Tavares came free, but Váldson Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Váldson Reis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oswaldo de Brito went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. Cesinha Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Moraes A.C support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
