Renan Peres took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valdomiro Neto. INDUSTRIAL FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 18 minutes in the game, Cauan Moreno fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Albertino de Amaral having to interfere. If Edvaldo Terra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jarbas Coelho hit a great ball. Albertino de Amaral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvaldo Terra in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Damião in the 46th minute of play forced INDUSTRIAL FC's goalkeeper Valdomiro Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Damião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Neto having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alessandro Cerezo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 88th minute Alessandro Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, INDUSTRIAL FC's Cauan Moreno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albertino de Amaral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. INDUSTRIAL FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
