Vicente Ferreira charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Ferreira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Frédson Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Corrêa having to interfere. Frédson Recife recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frédson Recife could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Angelo Corrêa made a huge save. In the 19th match minute, AMÉRICO.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Baiano to maneuver through the defense. After 22 minutes of play, Amaro AD's Frédson Recife made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelo Corrêa was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Kauã Queiroz came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the AMÉRICO.FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kauã Queiroz couldn't finish the play. Flavinho Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Corrêa having to interfere. Flavinho Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Angelo Corrêa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd play minute Frédson Recife came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Angelo Corrêa. 2-0. When Kauã Queiroz came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the AMÉRICO.FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kauã Queiroz couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frédson Recife got free with Angelo Corrêa in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kauã Queiroz made a kick off. Angelo Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédson Recife, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With a little luck, Amaro AD's Moisés Tande got control of the ball when Kauã Queiroz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Igor Couto hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, AMÉRICO.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frédson Recife came free, but Angelo Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kauã Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Angelo Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavinho Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 70th minute, Flavinho Oliveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Corrêa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. A collision led to Amaro AD getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Jardel Freire hit a great ball. Angelo Corrêa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavinho Oliveira went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. AMÉRICO.FC's Cristian Baiano got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute Flavinho Oliveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, AMÉRICO.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Flavinho Oliveira came free, but Angelo Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Flavinho Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Amaro AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavinho Oliveira couldn't finish the play. AMÉRICO.FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
