The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramón Mesquita got free with Richard Mendes in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. JheNano FC's Leopoldo Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yan Sanches in the 15th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Marquez during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to JheNano FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Cristian Marquez hit a great ball. Conrado Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Mendes having to interfere. Leopoldo Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltazar da Cunha in the 24th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlinhos Toledo during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th match minute, JheNano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlinhos Toledo to maneuver through the defense. Gilmar Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, 102 Futebol Clube's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sydney Pinheiro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Conrado Lopes struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Richard Mendes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JheNano FC. 48 minutes into the match Ramón Mesquita climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-1 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Richard Mendes.

The wind increased when Gilmar Costa made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, 102 Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Lopes came free, but Richard Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natanael Furtado scored 2-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Mendes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Lopes in the 59th minute of play forced 102 Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Richard Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Lopes, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After 64th play minutes Diego Severo shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Richard Mendes and just under the crossbar into goal. If Natanael Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes, Ramón Mesquita made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. 102 Futebol Clube's Richard Mendes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Natanael Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Conrado Lopes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Richard Mendes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benedito de Godoi's late challenge caught a JheNano FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benedito de Godoi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of JheNano FC booed when 102 Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedito de Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Marquez struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Richard Mendes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JheNano FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Diego Severo managed to get in a good position for a shot. JheNano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Severo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Mendes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Mendes came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by JheNano FC's Ramón Mesquita. But to his dismay, Ramón Mesquita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. In the 99th minute, Ramón Mesquita made a precise shot to the right of Richard Mendes. 102 Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. There was no doubt that JheNano FC were the better team. JheNano FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
