Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dragão do Norte FC's Betinho de Moraes started the match with a crisp pass. After 23 minutes of play, Palheta SS's Luiz Fabiano Koehler made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antônio Mandrak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luiz Fabiano Koehler took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antônio Mandrak. Antônio Mandrak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 36th minute, Joaquim Netto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Luiz Fabiano Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Fabiano Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Mandrak having to interfere. If Luiz Fabiano Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joaquim Netto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joaquim Netto was the one to do the kick off. Nuno de Alcântara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliézer Rosado in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute Luiz Fabiano Koehler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Mandrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When André Luiz Branco fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dragão do Norte FC's protests and gave André Luiz Branco a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes Dragão do Norte FC got a freekick which was hit by André Luiz Branco. Joaquim Netto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the game, Rony Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dragão do Norte FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palheta SS the free kick. Fellipe Vander missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 66 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Antônio Mandrak right hand side. Antônio Mandrak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luiz Fabiano Koehler's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. When Joaquim Netto came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Palheta SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquim Netto couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson Machado in the 79th minute of play forced Dragão do Norte FC's goalkeeper Antônio Mandrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
