The referee ignored JheNano FC's protests and gave Natanael Furtado a yellow card for diving instead. Natanael Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, JheNano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Severo to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorival Koehler during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Livramentense Sport Club getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Dorival Koehler hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Mesquita in the 19th minute of play forced Livramentense Sport Club's goalkeeper Breno Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Moisés de Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Livramentense Sport Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JheNano FC the free kick. In the 21st match minute, Livramentense Sport Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moisés de Lima to maneuver through the defense. Dorival Koehler who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Leopoldo Sá when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to JheNano FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Diego Severo hit a great ball. Kiko Seco charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kiko Seco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When JheNano FC's Ramón Mesquita in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramón Mesquita made a kick off. Ramón Mesquita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Livramentense Sport Club's zone, Conrado Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Breno Galvão came out of the goal and Conrado Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Conrado Lopes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Breno Galvão. That made the score 1-1 in the 60 minute of play. Conrado Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Breno Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Conrado Lopes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conrado Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Breno Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Livramentense Sport Club's Dorival Koehler in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Conrado Lopes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Breno Galvão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Ramón Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot. JheNano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramón Mesquita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Breno Galvão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelo França charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo França the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of JheNano FC booed when Livramentense Sport Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo França didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Kiko Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramón Mesquita scored 1-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Breno Galvão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Dorival Koehler came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Livramentense Sport Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorival Koehler couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorival Koehler in the 86th minute of play forced JheNano FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Natanael Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leopoldo Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorival Koehler in the 92nd minute of the match. José Pedro Lira kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. JheNano FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
