With a little luck, TORMENTO MZFC's Andrézinho Mandrak got control of the ball when Aírton Pinheiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, TORMENTO MZFC's goalkeeper Andrézinho Mandrak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Arantes. Aírton Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Andrézinho Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Mel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrézinho Mandrak having to interfere. After having played for 19 minutes, Cafu Barral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlétic Mauhilay AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cafu Barral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Antonio Mel took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Andrézinho Mandrak to make any attempt to save it. When Antonio Mel came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Atlétic Mauhilay AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Mel couldn't finish the play. Walmyr Soares ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ricardo Arantes hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Dito Saldanha fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Cafu Barral came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Atlétic Mauhilay AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cafu Barral couldn't finish the play. TORMENTO MZFC's Andrézinho Mandrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Mel in the 46th minute of play. When Dedé Batista fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TORMENTO MZFC's protests and gave Dedé Batista a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TORMENTO MZFC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Dedé Batista hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Cafu Barral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 2-1 became the score in the 53rd minute when Benê Chaves elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 60thth minute of the game André Luiz Bueno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TORMENTO MZFC's Andrézinho Mandrak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to TORMENTO MZFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Dedé Batista hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Antonio Mel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Arantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Andrézinho Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cafu Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Aírton Pinheiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrézinho Mandrak was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. If Antonio Mel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 79 minutes into the match, TORMENTO MZFC's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Bueno came free, but Andrézinho Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Rodriguinho Cardoso made a precise shot to the right of Andrézinho Mandrak. TORMENTO MZFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Cafu Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Andrézinho Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrézinho Mandrak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Mel went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Atlétic Mauhilay AD's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
