In the 16th minute, Bony.Fc's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after João Paulo Esteves fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. EnzoFC's Valdomiro Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Vargas in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bony.Fc's goalkeeper Zé Augusto Leão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Felippe Vieira might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Augusto Leão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felippe Vieira ran back to his position shaking his head. Vicente de Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Valdomiro Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maurinho Vargas to make the kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bony.Fc fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! The supporters of EnzoFC booed when Bony.Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wanderson Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Paulo Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Bony.Fc's Claudinho Bertassi got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Claudinho Bertassi off the ground. Claudinho Bertassi hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
