Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) FC Buteco Dos Noobs's Beto Leal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Buteco Dos Noobs's goalkeeper Charles Veiga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 5 minutes, André Luiz Bueno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlétic Mauhilay AD and the FC Buteco Dos Noobs players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute, André Luiz Bueno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dráuzio Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Antonio Mel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Charles Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luiz Bueno in the 18th minute of the match. Beto Leal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeu Guedes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. If Beto Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Atlétic Mauhilay AD defense, Beto Leal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeu Guedes. The Atlétic Mauhilay AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeu Guedes should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Ricardo Arantes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlétic Mauhilay AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Arantes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Veiga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charles Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Arantes in the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Atlétic Mauhilay AD's Aírton Pinheiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charles Veiga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cauã Alagoano hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Buteco Dos Noobs's zone, Ricardo Arantes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Veiga came out of the goal and Ricardo Arantes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Ricardo Arantes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlétic Mauhilay AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Arantes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Buteco Dos Noobs's Charles Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save FC Buteco Dos Noobs from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in FC Buteco Dos Noobs's zone, Aírton Pinheiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Veiga came out of the goal and Aírton Pinheiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Luiz Bueno might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charles Veiga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. André Luiz Bueno ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 47th minute, Atlétic Mauhilay AD's Aírton Pinheiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

FC Buteco Dos Noobs's Charles Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Arantes in the 55th minute of play. Cafu Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Charles Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Buteco Dos Noobs's Charles Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Arantes in the 59th minute of play. Ricardo Arantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cafu Barral in the 68th minute of play. Aírton Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Veiga having to interfere. Tadeu Guedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beto Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Mel struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Charles Veiga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlétic Mauhilay AD. When Ricardo Arantes came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Atlétic Mauhilay AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Arantes couldn't finish the play. If Ricardo Arantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 86 minutes of play, Atlétic Mauhilay AD's Cafu Barral made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charles Veiga was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in FC Buteco Dos Noobs's zone, Ricardo Arantes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Veiga came out of the goal and Ricardo Arantes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, FC Buteco Dos Noobs's Cauã Alagoano got a free kick in the 94th minute. FC Buteco Dos Noobs's Charles Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cafu Barral in the 96th minute of play. After 97 played minutes FC Buteco Dos Noobs got a freekick which was hit by Geovanni Travassos. Cafu Barral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charles Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play.
