Cafu Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Atlétic Mauhilay AD booed when Bony.Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamim Mangueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlétic Mauhilay AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente de Queiroz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When Rodriguinho Cardoso came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Atlétic Mauhilay AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodriguinho Cardoso couldn't finish the play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonio Mel was the one to do the kick off. Atlétic Mauhilay AD's supporters rose to their feet, but André Luiz Bueno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Augusto Leão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Nestor Peixoto fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bony.Fc's protests and gave Nestor Peixoto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bony.Fc getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Nestor Peixoto hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Antonio Mel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Augusto Leão was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. In the 95th minute, Ricardo Arantes made a precise shot to the right of Zé Augusto Leão. Bony.Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-2.
