Spectators: 7244 (Terracing: 5434, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edinho Penha started the match with the kick off. Nelsinho Souto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Leopoldo Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edinho Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Veiga having to interfere. Charles Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Nelsinho Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Meira having to interfere. In the 26th minute Beto Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Meira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Fronteiro SC defense, Beto Leal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leopoldo Meira. The Fronteiro SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leopoldo Meira should have stopped the shot. After 31 minutes of play, FC Buteco Dos Noobs's Nelsinho Souto made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Meira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Beto Leal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Charles Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. FC Buteco Dos Noobs's Charles Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edinho Penha in the 46th minute of play. If Edinho Penha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Buteco Dos Noobs's zone, Enrique Dantas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Veiga came out of the goal and Enrique Dantas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

53 minutes into the game, Edinho Penha lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Charles Veiga. Leopoldo Meira came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Buteco Dos Noobs's Nelsinho Souto. But to his dismay, Nelsinho Souto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Vivaldo Lucas hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute of the game, Enrique Dantas landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cauã Alagoano during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cauã Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beto Leal in the 72nd minute of play forced Fronteiro SC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Meira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nelsinho Souto might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Meira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nelsinho Souto ran back to his position shaking his head. Nelsinho Souto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leopoldo Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto Leal in the 79th minute of play. FC Buteco Dos Noobs's Beto Leal got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fronteiro SC's Leopoldo Meira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelsinho Souto in the 97th minute of play. There was no doubt that FC Buteco Dos Noobs were the better team. FC Buteco Dos Noobs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
