AA Iguaçu's Pedro Luís Paranaense got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Silvério Dracena managed to get in a good position for a shot. MANAGER MANIPULA RESULTAD's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvério Dracena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Antunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fred de Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Antunes having to interfere. A collision led to AA Iguaçu getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Horácio Moraes hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in AA Iguaçu's zone, Silvério Dracena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Antunes came out of the goal and Silvério Dracena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Silvério Dracena came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the MANAGER MANIPULA RESULTAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvério Dracena couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute Fred de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded MANAGER MANIPULA RESULTAD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AA Iguaçu.
