Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Júnior Moraes started the match with the kick off. Júnior Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 11 minutes of play, S.D Lambrusco's Renatinho Bueno made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ademir Tasso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juraraita's Júnior Moraes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 20th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Nestor Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Manfredo Mendes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ademir Tasso came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by S.D Lambrusco's Carlos Augusto Silva. But to his dismay, Carlos Augusto Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Manfredo Mendes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nestor Alcântara in the 43rd minute. If Renatinho Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, S.D Lambrusco's Serafim Lago got a free kick in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renatinho Bueno to strike the kick off in the second half. If Júnior Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manfredo Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júnior Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júnior Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nestor Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Manfredo Mendes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.D Lambrusco's goalkeeper Manfredo Mendes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 70 played minutes S.D Lambrusco got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fabiano Zonta. In the 71st minute, Cláudio Sarmento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Raí Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manfredo Mendes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Júnior Moraes's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Júnior Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.D Lambrusco's Manfredo Mendes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Carlos Augusto Silva came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the S.D Lambrusco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Augusto Silva couldn't finish the play. Renatinho Bueno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademir Tasso having to interfere. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.D Lambrusco's goalkeeper Manfredo Mendes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
