Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Paulo Renato Peres started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gernando Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Cícero Silveira was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 5th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vicente Catarinense charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Catarinense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 13 minutes into the match, Mangaba's goal looked a bit too open when Edvaldo Coelho came free, but Severino Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvaldo Coelho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severino Arósio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute, André de Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Camelia SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 21stth minute of the game Edvaldo Coelho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mangaba's Severino Arósio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edvaldo Coelho might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severino Arósio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edvaldo Coelho ran back to his position shaking his head. Edvaldo Coelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Waldemar Veloso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mangaba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Camelia SS the free kick. After 34 played minutes Mangaba got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Veloso. In the 35th minute André de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Arósio having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Camelia SS's Edvaldo Coelho in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mangaba's goalie prevented a goal. Edvaldo Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Severino Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvaldo Coelho in the 63rd minute of play forced Mangaba's goalkeeper Severino Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Pedro Augusto Sarmento took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Severino Arósio to make any attempt to save it. André de Lara in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Severino Arósio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 75 minutes of play, Camelia SS's Pedro Augusto Sarmento made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severino Arósio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 79 minutes into the game, Luís Meireles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Camelia SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mangaba the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Camelia SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Meireles to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Renato Peres's late challenge caught a Camelia SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Renato Peres helped the player get up and apologised. Paulo Renato Peres hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. André de Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Edvaldo Coelho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Severino Arósio. Edvaldo Coelho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. When the match was over Camelia SS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mangaba throughout the match.
