Spectators: 7358 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 147) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Guido Enol got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Luminosa got a freekick which was hit by Régis Mesquita. Ivo Xavier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guido Enol's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. In the 9th match minute, Luminosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gláuber Tavares to maneuver through the defense. Frederico Salgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guido Enol received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivo Xavier came out and tried to block the shot, but Guido Enol slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Ricardinho Corrêa hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Bananeiras FC's Ivo Xavier got control of the ball when Guido Enol tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Frederico Salgado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bananeiras FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frederico Salgado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rüdiger Herz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the match, Bananeiras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Enol came free, but Ivo Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Andrézinho Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rüdiger Herz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Guido Enol put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ivo Xavier. Guido Enol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Ivo Xavier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luminosa. 35 minutes into the game, Guido Enol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivo Xavier. Guido Enol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Ivo Xavier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Azevedo in the 39th minute. In the 46th minute, Luminosa's Guido Enol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ivo Xavier. Ivo Xavier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basílio Favoretto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ricardinho Corrêa struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Ivo Xavier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luminosa. Jonathan Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luminosa's Rüdiger Herz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basílio Favoretto in the 62nd minute of play. Ivo Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Enol in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Alberto Moraes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Ivo Xavier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Enol in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivo Xavier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ricardinho Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivo Xavier having to interfere. Ivo Xavier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guido Enol's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Ivo Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Enol in the 84th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bananeiras FC's zone, Giovanni de Carvalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivo Xavier came out of the goal and Giovanni de Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luminosa's Vágner Freire was substituted for Jonathan Azevedo. Ivo Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Enol in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Luminosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Ivo Xavier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guido Enol's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Giovanni de Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Ivo Xavier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Luminosa were the better team. Luminosa's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
