When Renatinho Bueno fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.D Lambrusco's protests and gave Renatinho Bueno a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes S.D Lambrusco got a freekick which was hit by Renatinho Bueno. After having played for 81 minutes, Luís Guilherme Dracena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 90th minute, Raí Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Cearense was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Júlio Cearense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Augusto Silva in the 95th minute of play.
