Spectators: 5030 (Terracing: 4010, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 20) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luisão Lima kicked off to start the match. Vicente Veiga was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Murillo Baiano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Porto F.C.'s goalkeeper Vicente Veiga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernani Senna. Basílio Travassos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Veiga having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Porto F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ernani Senna came free, but Vicente Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernani Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernani Senna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vicente Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Porto F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ernani Senna came free, but Vicente Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Veiga was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Ernani Senna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ernani Senna really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basílio Travassos got free with Vicente Veiga in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luisão Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vicente Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernani Senna in the 39th minute of play. Vicente Veiga made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Basílio Travassos sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute, Luisão Lima made a precise shot to the right of Yuri Arósio. vinicius's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When Gerson Souto fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Porto F.C.'s protests and gave Gerson Souto a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of vinicius booed when Porto F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerson Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ernani Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

In the 52nd minute, Ernani Senna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Veiga was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Ernani Senna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vicente Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Porto F.C.'s Joel Freitas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 58th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for vinicius. Porto F.C.'s Vicente Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernani Senna in the 63rd minute of play. Vicente Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basílio Travassos in the 65th minute of the match. Basílio Travassos struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Vicente Veiga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for vinicius. After a defensive mix-up in Porto F.C.'s zone, Basílio Travassos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Veiga came out of the goal and Basílio Travassos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Porto F.C.'s Gerson Souto got a free kick in the 81st minute. Vicente Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Travassos in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basílio Travassos in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
